What we collect
When you buy the live audit we collect your name, email address and mobile number. Payment is processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. If you share access to your Meta Ads Manager, Shopify or GA4, that access is view-only and granted by you.
Why we collect it
To deliver the audit you paid for: to contact you, schedule the call, send the recording and fix list, and issue a refund if you request one. We also use analytics to understand how this page performs.
Who we share it with
Razorpay (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Google (Meet and analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Contact details and audit records are kept for as long as needed to support you, and then deleted on request.
Your rights
Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw any account access you granted us. We action requests within 30 days.
Ad account access
Any access you grant is view-only. We do not change campaigns, budgets or settings without your explicit say-so, and you can revoke access at any time from your own Meta Business settings.
